Will your programs work on NT and Unix?
YES,
all of our Programs and Scripts have been tested
with Windows NT 4., Unix and Perl 5.06, and should
work on any platform with little modification.
General Installation problems to avoid
- Filenames are case sensitive so they must match or you will get a file not found error.
- Transfer perl scripts and text files as ASCII text mode.
- Transfer gif and jpg images as image or Binary file mode.
- MAC users should transfer files as raw data mode.
- If your perl script doesn't work, the three most common reasons are:
1. Permissions are not set right either on the scripts or files and directories they write to.
2. The paths are wrong in the configuration section of your program.
3. The files where uploaded in the wrong file mode.
Tip: Run the testenv.pl program to get your sites information, paths, etc...!

our programs or scripts. However, if you
feel that installation is more than you want to
try, we offer installation for any of our scripts
for $49.95.
We know price isn't everything, and that is why

We post the minimum server requirements for each
program. If you purchase a program or script from
us and your server has the script requirements,
and you can't get the script to work. We will install
the script for you (49.95), if we can't install the script,
we will refund your purchase price.

Yes, we can do custom programs and scripts for
virtually any application. Contact us with your
program or script request for a quote.
Ninety Five percent of all our support questions
are directly related to permission settings in
the script. All of our programs and scripts come
with instructions on how to install them. Always
double check to make sure you uploaded the script
correctly, Binary or ASCII, as required. Double
check that the settings are correct (chmod) if
using UNIX servers.
